   The comparable model to the canon is the D5000 not the D3000. The T1I blows the D3000 away. Not even comparable.

    both, and really both cameras are top notch. When i am looking at buying a new dslr, i only look at nikon and canon, nothing else. Go to a specialty camera store, not best buy or anything like that cause there all kids working there who know nothing, but go to a specialty store and take pictures with both, play around with the interface, and whichever one is more user friendly to “YOU” is the one you should buy. Its all personaly preference you cant go wrong with either of those brands.

    This is interesting, but the quality of questions is really really poor. Why couldn’t you at least sounds a bit more interested, or ask why it’s only got 20fps? Are you incapable of asking any difficult questions?
