Is a Canon EOS Digital Rebel XTI and a Canon EOS 400d the same camera?

   Yes, In USA it is called an XTi while in the rest of the world it is called 400D.

   I’ll be picky and say that 400D technically isn’t the name for the XTi EVERYWHERE else in the World. In Japan it’s called the Kiss X.

   But yeah, as John said, they’re the same camera.
