I want to take pictures with movement, like the tail light pictures, anyway is there a way to keep the shutter open to do this.

This camera was working fine just a few minutes ago. Then, in the middle of shooting a picture it just started taking black pictures. I thought it might’ve just been on the cameras viewfinder but upon uploading them to the computer they were black on the computer as well. Has anyone ever had this problem and do you possibly know a way to fix it?

When I take pictures of things, the background blurs, and that’s all cool and stuff. But sometimes, I want the background and the people together with equal focus. Like how it is set to on normal point and shoot cameras. How exactly do I do that on these SLR cameras?

I’m taking a photography 1 class and I have to shoot side-lit portraits and I can’t really do that with the flash on. Can somebody help me out? I don’t really know anything about my camera’s functions so for me it’s difficult to use it.

I’m wanting to purchase the canon eos digital rebel xt but the model is no longer in production and I’m thinking I should go with a newer camera. I’m wanting something with the same picture quality (as similar as I can get) and price range. Any suggestions?

    I was looking into getting a canon EOS 400d, but everytime i search for it in google and such the only thing that comes up is the canon eos digital rebel XTI. is it basically the same camera with a different name, or what? its just really confusing me.

    What program is best for editing RAW photographs From my Canon EOS 1000d Rebel xs?

    I have cs3 but it wont open the raw images so i cant use them to edit, i also have photomatix pro 3, and hugin
    Please help thank you, ive had this camera for months now and still have no been able to edit in raw. Thank you
